This notification approves the proposal for inter-cadre deputation of Shri Prateek Hajela, IAS (Assam-Meghalaya: 1995) from the Assam-Meghalaya cadre to the Madhya Pradesh cadre. The central government, exercising its powers under Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, grants a relaxation in the existing guidelines for this deputation. This approval is valid for a period of three years from the date of joining the new post or until further orders, whichever comes first, in compliance with the Supreme Court’s order dated 18.10.2019 in Civil Petition (C) 274/2009.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त
शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा सिविल याचिका(सी)274/2009 में
माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के दिनांक 18.10.2019 के आदेश के अनुपालन में श्री प्रतीक
हजेला, आई.ए.एस. (असम-मेघालय:1995) की असम-मेघालय संवर्ग से मध्य प्रदेश संवर्ग में
अंतर संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति हेतु प्रचलित दिशानिर्देशों में छूट देते हुए उनके पद पर कार्यभार
ग्रहण करने की तारीख से तीन वर्षो की अवधि के लिए या अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो,
तक के प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन करती है।
