NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for Inter cadre deputation of Shri Keshvendra Kumar, IAS (KL:2008) from Kerala cadre to Bihar cadre for a period of three years on personal grounds from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

New Delhi.1. The Chief Secretary, Government of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram 695001 w.r.t. letter No. AIS-A1/226/2019-GAD dated 17.09.2019 with the request to relieve the officer immediately under intimation to this Department.
2. The Chief Secretary, Government of Bihar, Patna – 800015, w.r.t. letter No. 1/P-1012/2016GAD-10336 dated 31.07.2019. It is requested to kindly sent the joining report of the officer to this Department. It is also requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in Service, in case he does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
3. The Accountant General, Government of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram 695001.
4. The Accountant General, Government of Bihar, Patna – 800015 with the request to stop payment of salary to the officer beyond the approved period of deputation.
5. Shri Keshvendra Kumar, IAS (KL:2008) (through the Chief Secretary, Government of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram – 695001). You shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in service in terms of DOPT O.M. No.13017/08/2002-AIS.I dated 14.08.2013 and No.13017/05/2013-AIS.I dated 11.11.2017, in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
