NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for Inter cadre deputation of Ms. Sujata Sharma, IAS (AP:2006) from Andhra Pradesh cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre for a period of three years on personal grounds from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

2. The Chief Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow – 226001, w.r.t. letter No. G.I – 266/do-1-2019-4/1(28)/1999 dated 18.09.2019. It is requested to kindly sent the joining report of the officer to this Department. It is also requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in Service, in case she does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
3. The Accountant General, Government of Andhra Pradesh, A.P. Secretariat, Velagapudi, Guntur – 522238.
4. The Accountant General, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow 226001 with the request to stop payment of salary to the officer beyond the approved period of deputation.

You shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in service in terms of DOPT O.M. No.13017/08/2002-AIS.I dated 14.08.2013 and No.13017/05/2013-AIS.I dated 11.11.2017, in case you do not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
