ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Nagaland Cadre from State Civil Service to IAS on the on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2018 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/16/2019-AIS-(I)-B dated 6th November, 2019 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Nagaland vide their letter no. PAR-A/01/2019-AIS dated 11th November, 2019, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 4 in the Select list of 2018 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Sushil Kumar Patel, junior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch and above Ms Kadambari Bhagat, senior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch of Nagaland cadre. 3.
