In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Gujarat and Rajasthan, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Aparna Gupta, IAS (GJ:2018) from Gujarat cadre to Rajasthan cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Mayank Manish, IAS (RJ:2018).
