NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby accords approval to the proposal for Inter cadre deputation of Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, IAS (MN:2013) from Manipur cadre to Haryana cadre for a period of three years on personal grounds from the date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

- The Chief Secretary, Government of Manipur, Imphal – 795001 w.r.t. letter No. 1/26/2001-JCA/DP(Pt.) dated 17.10.2019 with the request to relieve the officer immediately under intimation to this Department.
- The Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, Chandigarh – 160001, w.r.t. letter No. 19/20/2019-1S(I) dated 15.11.2019. It is requested to kindly send the joining report of the officer to this Department. It is also requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action \& break in Service, in case she does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
