This notification announces the approval of the central government for the inter-cadre deputation of Naveen Kumar, an IAS officer of the Uttar Pradesh cadre (2007 batch), to the Andhra Pradesh cadre on a personal basis. The deputation is approved for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge, or until further orders, whichever comes first. This decision is made under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार श्री नवीन कुमार जी.एस., आई.ए.एस. (उत्तर प्रदेश:2007) की उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग से आंध्र प्रदेश संवर्ग में वैयक्तिक आधार पर अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के प्रस्ताव को कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से तीन वर्षों की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक एतदद्वारा अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
