This notification details the inter-cadre transfer of two Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers, Dr. Manazir Zilani Samoon and Ms. A. Thameem Ansari, based on their marriage. Dr. Samoon is being transferred from the Nagaland cadre to the Andhra Pradesh cadre, and Ms. Ansari is being transferred from the Uttar Pradesh cadre to the Andhra Pradesh cadre. The transfer is done with the consent of the respective state governments and under the powers conferred by Rule 5(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं नागालैण्ड, उत्तर प्रदेश और आंध्र प्रदेश राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार डॉ. मनाजीर ज़िलानी सामून, आईएएस (नागालैण्ड:2012) और सुश्री ए. थामीम अन्सारिया, आईएस (उत्तर प्रदेश:2015) की विवाह के आधार पर क्रमशः नागालैण्ड संवर्ग तथा उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग से तीसरे संवर्ग में अर्थात् आंध्र प्रदेश संवर्ग में एतदद्वारा स्थानांतरण करती है।
