ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to the IAS from State Civil Services officers of Odisha cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names for the Select List 2018 vide this DoPT’s Notification’s No.14015/17/2019-AIS- dated 28th January, 2020 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Odisha vide letter No. SER1-IAS-0002-/2019-4480/AIS.I dated 10th February, 2020, the Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage works out as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 8 of Select List of 2018 (SCS category) shall be placed below Shri Noonsavath Thirumala Naik, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch and above Shri Sudhansu Mohan Samal, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch of Odisha cadre.
