This notification approves the extension of the inter-cadre deputation of Dr. Om Prakash, an IAS officer of the Assam-Meghalaya cadre, to the Rajasthan cadre for a period of two years, effective from March 20, 2020. This decision has been made under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of the governments of Assam-Meghalaya and Rajasthan. It essentially allows a continued assignment for Dr. Prakash in a different state than his original allocation.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और असम-मेघालय तथा राजस्थान की राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा डॉ. ओम प्रकाश, आईएएस (असम-मेघालय: 2006) की वैयक्तिक आधारों पर असम-मेघालय संवर्ग से राजस्थान संवर्ग में अंतर संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति सेवाकाल को दिनांक 20.03.2020 से आगे दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए आगे बढ़ाने के प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन करती है ।
