In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Tripura and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Sanya Chhabra, IAS (TR:2019) from Tripura cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Ankur Kaushik, IAS (UP:2019).
