The Government of India has approved the extension of the inter-cadre deputation period of Dr. Karuna Kumari, IAS (Assam-Meghalaya: 10) from the Assam-Meghalaya cadre to the Bihar cadre for a further period of two years, effective from 10.08.2020. This decision has been made with the consent of the Assam-Meghalaya and Bihar state governments, utilizing the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और असम-मेघालय तथा बिहार राज्य सरकार की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा डॉ0 करुणा कुमारी, आईएएस (असम-मेघालय:10) की दिनांक 10.08.2020 से आगे दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए असममेघालय संवर्ग से बिहार संवर्ग में अंतर संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति सेवाकाल को आगे बढ़ाने के प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन करती है ।
