भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और आंध्र प्रदेश तथा तेलंगाना राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा श्री के.एस. श्रीनिवास राज, आईएएस (आंध्र प्रदेश:2001) की कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तिथि से या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, मौजूदा दिशानिर्देशों की छूट के अंतर्गत तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए आंध्र प्रदेश संवर्ग से तेलंगाना संवर्ग में अंतर संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति हेतु प्रस्ताव का अनुमोदन करती है ।
