The Central Government has approved the transfer of Smt. Guncha Sanobar, IAS (Tripura:2015) to the Madhya Pradesh cadre, based on her marriage to Shri Harsh Singh, IAS (Madhya Pradesh:2015). This decision has been made with the consent of the state governments of Tripura and Madhya Pradesh, utilizing the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954. The notification is issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.
