Consequent upon receipt of a proposal from the State Government of Haryana vide their letter No.66/1/2019-6S(I) dated 09.06.2020 for fixation of seniority / year of allotment of Shri Jai Krishan Abhir appointed to IAS from State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of his name in select list for the year 2016 vide DOPT Notification No.14015/07/2019-AIS-(I)-B dated 10.02.2020, the seniority /year of allotment of the officer has been computed under rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:
