This notification announces the approval of the central government for extending the inter-cadre deputation period of Shri Chandra Shekhar, an IAS officer of the Jharkhand cadre, to the Bihar cadre for a period of two years, effective after July 2nd, 2020. This decision was made utilizing the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the consent of both the Jharkhand and Bihar state governments. The notification is issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Government of India.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6 (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा झारखंड और बिहार राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतद्वारा श्री चंद्र शेखर, आईएएस (झारखंड:2008) को दिनांक 02.7.2020 के बाद दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए झारखंड संवर्ग से बिहार संवर्ग में अंतरसंवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्त अवधि के विस्तार को अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
