In partial modification of this Department’s Order of even number dated 16.02.2015, after inclusion of name of Shri Moloy Bora mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select List of 2012(SCS Category) of Assam Segment of Joint Assam-Meghalaya Cadre may be read as under.
- The seniority/year of allotment of above officer has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time and weightage formula:-
