NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Government of Uttar Pradesh and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Government hereby accords approval for Inter cadre deputation of Shri Nitishwar Kumar, IAS (UP:1996) from Uttar Pradesh cadre to the Union Territory of Jammu \& Kashmir for a period of one year, in relaxation of policy from date of assumption of charge or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
