NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Government of Rajasthan and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Government hereby accords approval for inter cadre deputation of Shri Athar Aamir Ul Shafi Khan, IAS (RJ:2016) from Rajasthan cadre to Union Territory of Jammu \& Kashmir in relaxation of the extant policy, for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge in the cadre or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
