This notification announces the approval of the inter-cadre deputation of Shri Akshay Labroo, an IAS officer of the Tripura cadre, to the Jammu and Kashmir Union Territory. The deputation is sanctioned for a period of three years from the date of joining the new post, or until further orders, whichever comes first. This is done under the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of the Tripura state government and the Ministry of Home Affairs, and provides a departure from existing policy.

केन्द्र सरकार, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और त्रिपुरा राज्य सरकार तथा गृह मंत्रालय की सहमति से मौजूदा नीति में छूट देते हुए, श्री अक्षय लाबरू, आईएएस (टीआर:2018) की त्रिपुरा संवर्ग से जम्मू कश्मीर संघ राज्य क्षेत्र में उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से तीन वर्षो की अवधि के लिए अथवा अगले आदेशों, जो भी पहले हो, तक अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति को एतद्द्वारा अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
