ORDER

Consequent upon appointment of officers of Nagaland Cadre from State Civil Service to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2019 (Prepared against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2019) vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/16/2020-AIS-(I)-B dated 2nd December, 2020 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Nagaland vide their letter no. PAR-A/04/2015-AIS dated 09.02.2021, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

1. Select List – 2019 (SCS Quota) (Against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2019)

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 7 in the Select List 2019 (SCS Category) shall be placed in the batch 2010 and above Shri Mohammed Ali Shihab A., senior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch of Nagaland cadre. 3.
