Consequent upon declaration of the name of Shri S.K. Modi as “Unconditional” by the UPSC and inclusion of his name in the Select List of 2019 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/06/2020-AIS-(I)-B dated 3rd February, 2021, and on receipt of proposal from the Government of Gujarat vide letter No. AIS/10.2020/3954/G dated 5th February, 2021, the seniority/year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time as per weightage formula below:-
