ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Services of Meghalaya segment of Joint Assam-Meghalaya Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2019 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/28/2020-AIS-I (B) dated 08.03.2021 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Meghalaya vide their letter No. PER.6/2016/Pt/234 dated the 08.03.2021, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 5 of the Select List of 2019 shall be placed below Shri Anant Lal Gyani, junior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Shri Garod L.S.N. Dykes, promotee IAS officer of 2011 batch (Non-SCS Category- SL 2014-A) of Meghalaya Segment of Joint Assam -Meghalaya Cadre. 3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
