CORRIGENDUM
In partial modification of this Department’s Order of even number dated $3^{\text {rd }}$ November, 2020 for the Select List of 2018 (SCS Category) para 2.1 and 2.2 may be read as under:-
2. 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 22 in the Select List 2018 shall be placed below Shri S.S. Patil, Junior most promotee IAS officer of 2011 batch (SL-2017SCS Category) and above Shri Shantanu Goel, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Maharashtra cadre.
2. 2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 23 in the Select List 2018 shall be placed below Shri M.J. Pradip Chandren, Junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Shri Raut Abhijit Rajendra, senior most IAS officer of 2013 batch of Maharashtra cadre.
