This notification announces the approval of the central government to extend the inter-cadre deputation tenure of Dr. Brahm Dev Ram Tiwari, IAS (Assam-Meghalaya: 2006) from the Assam-Meghalaya cadre to the Uttar Pradesh cadre for a period of one year, or until further orders, effective from 04.04.2021. This decision has been made with the consent of both the Assam-Meghalaya and Uttar Pradesh state governments, utilizing the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा असम-मेघालय और उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार डॉ. ब्रहम देव राम तिवारी, आईएएस (असम-मेघालय:2006) की असममेघालय संवर्ग से उत्तर प्रदेश संवर्ग में अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति कार्यकाल को 04.04.2021 के पश्चात् एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए बढ़ाने या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, हेतु अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
