ORDER
Consequent upon appointment from the State Civil Service to IAS of Kerala cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2018 vide this Department’s Notifications No.14015/12/2018-AIS- (I) B dated 08.12.2020 and 18.02.2021 and on receipt of the proposal from the State Government of Kerala vide their letter No.AIS-A1/126/2021/GAD dated 26.03.2021, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers of Kerala cadre has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 4 in the Select List 2018 (SCS category) shall be placed below Smt. V. Vigneshwari, junior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch and above Shri Vinay Goyal, senior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch of Kerala Cadre. 3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
