ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to the IAS from State Civil Services officers of Odisha cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names for the Select List 2019 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/17/2020-AIS- dated 26th March, 2021 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Odisha vide letter No. GAD-SER1-IAS-0002-2020-10503/AIS.I dated 6th April, 2021, the Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage works out as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 19 of Select List of 2019 (SCS category) shall be placed below Shri Prem Chandra Chaudhary, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch and above Shri Arindam Dakua, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch of Odisha cadre. 3.
