In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Kerala and Andhra Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Ilakkiya S, IAS (KL:2017) from Kerala cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Praveen Adhithya, IAS (AP:2017).
