भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा त्रिपुरा और बिहार की राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, अन्तर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के 5 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के बाद, नियमों में ढील देते हुए, श्री अभिषेक सिंह, आईएएस (त्रिपुरा:2006) के त्रिपुरा संवर्ग से बिहार संवर्ग में अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति कार्यकाल को 10.04 .2021 के पश्चात् 6 माह की अवधि के लिए बढ़ाने हेतु एतदद्वारा अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
