ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of Jharkhand Cadre from State Civil Services to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select Lists of 2017 and 2018 vide this Department’s Notification No.14015/10/2019-AIS-(I) B dated 11.05.2021 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Jharkhand vide their letter No. 1/C-210/2014-A-2418 dated 17.05.2021, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, officers mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 7 in the Select List of 2017 shall be placed below Shri Jitendra Kumar Singh, junior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch and above Dr. Madhaw Sharan Singh, promotee IAS officer of 2008 batch (Non-SCS Category) of Jharkhand Cadre. 3.
