भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा कर्नाटक और मध्य प्रदेश राज्य की सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार डॉ. नेहा जैन, आईएएस (कर्नाटक:2018) को श्री प्रथम कौशिक, आईएएस (मध्य प्रदेश:2018) के साथ विवाह के आधार पर कर्नाटक संवर्ग से मध्य प्रदेश संवर्ग में एतद्द्वारा स्थानांतरित करती है।
