NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Odisha and Maharashtra, the Central Government hereby accords approval for inter cadre deputation of Dr. Nitin Bhanudas Jawale, IAS (OR:2003) from Odisha cadre to Maharashtra cadre on personal grounds, in relaxation of the policy, for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge in the cadre or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
