In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Odisha and Telangana, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Divakara T S, IAS (OR:2017) from Odisha cadre to Telangana cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Bhukya Lavanya, IFS(TG:2017).
