In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Manipur and Madhya Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Dr. Nagarjun B Gowda, IAS (MN:2019) from Manipur cadre to Madhya Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Srushti Jayant Deshmukh, IAS (MP:2019).
