CORRIGENDUM
In partial modification of this Department’s Order of even number dated 17.03.2021, the para 2.1 may be read as follows:
“2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No.1 in the table of the Select list 2019 (Non-SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Mayur K. Mehta, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2014 batch (Non-SCS SL-2018) and above Ms. Neha Singh, senior most RR IAS officer of 2015 batch of Gujarat cadre”.
