NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Government hereby accords approval for inter cadre deputation of Shri Vivek Bhardwaj, IAS(WB:1990) from West Bengal cadre to AGMUT cadre (Jammu \& Kashmir segment) initially for a period of two years in relaxation of the policy as a special case.

It is requested to ensure that the officer is relieved immediately at the end of the approved tenure of inter-cadre deputation. The officer shall be liable to disciplinary action and break in service, in case he does not hand over charge at the end of the approved period of deputation.
