NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and in the light of the order dated 28.05.2021 of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in WP(C) 4048/2021 as upheld by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India vide order dated 16.07.2021 in SLP(C) No. 7986/2021 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of West Bengal and Himachal Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Gandharva Rathore, IAS (WB:2016) from West Bengal cadre to Himachal Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Anurag Chander, IAS (HP:2016).
