This notification announces the approval of the central government for extending the inter-cadre deputation term of Shri Raghav Langar, an IAS officer of the Uttarakhand cadre, to the AGMUT cadre (Jammu and Kashmir region) for a further period of two years, effective from October 3, 2021. The extension is granted with the consent of the Uttarakhand state government and the Ministry of Home Affairs, utilizing the powers conferred by Rule 6(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 6(1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार उत्तराखंड राज्य सरकार और गृह मंत्रालय की सहमति से श्री राघव लांगर, आईएएस (उत्तराखंड: 2009) की उत्तराखंड संवर्ग से एजीएमयूटी संवर्ग (जम्मू और कश्मीर क्षेत्र) में अंतर-संवर्गीय प्रतिनियुक्ति के कार्यकाल के विस्तार के लिए 03.10.2021 से आगे दो वर्षों की अवधि के लिए एतद्दवारा अनुमोदन प्रदान करती है।
