ORDER
Consequent upon appointment on promotion from Non-SCS category on the basis of inclusion of the name in the Select List of 2019 (Vacancies arisen between 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019) vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/05/2020-AIS-(I)B dated 23.02.2021, and receipt of the proposal from the Government of Chhattisgarh vide their letter no. E-1-4/2020/1/2 dated 13.08.2021, the Seniority/year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is now as under:-
