In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Bihar and Andhra Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Sedhu Madhavan S, IAS (BH:2020) from Bihar cadre to Andhra Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Shobika SS, IAS (AP:2020).
