भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए असम, मेघालय और हरियाणा राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार श्री शांतनु शर्मा, आईएएस (असम-मेघालय:2015) को श्रीमती सी. जयाशारदा, आई.ए.एस. (हरियाणा:2020) से विवाह करने के आधार पर असम-मेघालय संवर्ग से हरियाणा संवर्ग में एतदद्वारा स्थानांतरित करती है।
