ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from SCS category of Rajasthan Cadre to IAS on the on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2020 vide this Department’s notification No. 14015/19/2021-AIS-I (B) dated 23.11.2021 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Rajasthan vide their letter No F.6 (I) Pers./A-I/2020 dated 02.12.2021, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

- The seniority/year of allotment of officers at SI.No. 11,12,13,14,15,16 and 17 has been restricted under proviso to the rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS Regulation of Seniority) Rules-1987 which provide that an officer shall not be assigned year of allotment earlier than year of allotment assigned to other officer senior to him in that Select List or appointed on the basis of earlier Select List. 3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 3 in the Select List of 2020 shall be placed below Shri Hari Mohan Meena, the promotee IAS officer of 2011 batch (SL-2019 – SCS category) and above Ms. Rukmani Riar, senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Rajasthan Cadre. 3.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 4 and 5 in the Select List of 2020 shall be placed below Shri Vikram Jindal, junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Shri Ashish Gupta, senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Rajasthan Cadre.3.3 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 6 to 17 in the Select List of 2020 shall be placed below Shri Gawande Pradeep Keshaorao, junior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch and above Shri Gaurav Agrawal, senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of Rajasthan Cadre.
