ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers of State Civil Service to IAS of Karnataka cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2015 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/11/2016-AIS-(I)-B dated 23rd February, 2018 and on receipt of the proposal from the State Government of Karnataka vide their letter no. eDPAR 629 SAS 2021 dated 20.12.2021, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 33 in the Select list of 2015 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Suralkar Vikas Kishor, junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Smt.
