ORDER
Consequent upon declaration of inclusion of names as “Unconditional and final” by UPSC in the Select List of 2020, Sh. R.M. Damor and Sh. D.K. Baria have been appointed to IAS vide this Department’s notification No. 14015/06/2021-AIS(I)B dated 14.01.2022. The seniority/year of allotment of the officers appointed to IAS from the Select List-2020 was determined vide this Department’s order No. 14014/07/2021-AIS-I dated 08.12.2021. The seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No.1 to 2 in the Select List 2020 shall be placed below Sh. S.K. Prajapati, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2012 batch (appointed on the basis of Select List of 2019) and above Sh. Kiran B. Jhaveri, lone Selectee IAS officer of 2012 batch (Non-SCS category) of Gujarat cadre.
2.2. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 3 to 18 in the Select List 2020 shall be placed below Shri Amit Prakash Yadav, junior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch and above Sh. Baranwal Varunkumar Jagdish, senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of Gujarat cadre.
- This issues in supersession of this Department’s order of even number dated 08.12.2021. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
