In exercise of the power conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Kerala and Haryana, the Central Government hereby transfers Dr. Balpreet Singh, IAS (KL:2019) from Kerala cadre to Haryana cadre on grounds of marriage to Smt. Upasana, IPS (HR:2017).
