भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं केरल और हरियाणा की राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा डॉ. बलप्रीत सिंह, आईएएस (केरल:2019) को श्रीमती उपासना, आईपीएस (हरियाणा:2017) से विवाह करने के आधार पर केरल संवर्ग से हरियाणा संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
