ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officers from State Civil Service to IAS of Nagaland cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List 2020 (prepared against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020) vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/16/2021-AIS-(I)-B dated 25.01.2022 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Nagaland vide their letter no. PAR-A/04/2015-AIS dated 03.02.2022, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at Sl. No. 1 to 5 in the Select List 2020 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Rajesh Soundarajan, junior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Dr. Zasekuolie Chusi, promotee IAS officer (Non-SCS category from Select List 2017) of 2011 batch of Nagaland cadre. 3.
