ORDER
Consequent upon appointment of officer of Odisha Cadre from State Civil Services (Non-SCS category) to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2020 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/17/2021-AIS(I)-B dated 21.02.2022 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Odisha vide their letter No. GAD-SER1-IAS-0003-2021-6705/AIS.I dated 10.03.2022 the seniority/year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, as amended vide notification No.14014/4.2011-AIS-I dated 5.5.2015 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-
