Consequent upon appointment of State Civil Service officers of Manipur Cadre to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names for the Select List 2020 vide this DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/15/2021-AIS (I)- B dated 10th February, 2022 and on receipt of the proposal from the Government of Manipur vide letter No. Appt-1/11/2020-DP-DP dated 14th February, 2022, the seniority/year of allotment of officers have been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 3 of the Select List of 2020 (SCS category) shall be placed below Shri Krishna Kumar, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch and above Ms. Pooja Elangbam, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch of Manipur cadre. 3.
