ORDER

Consequent upon appointed from State Civil Service to IAS of Tamil Nadu cadre on the basis of inclusion of their names in select list for the year 2020 (prepared against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2020 to 31.12.2020) vide DOPT notifications No.14015/21/2021-AIS-(I)-B dated 19.01.2022 and 21.03.2022 and receipt of a proposal from the State Government of Tamil Nadu vide their letter No.392/2022-1 dated 12.04.2022, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the select list of 2020 shall be placed below Smt. M. ARUNA, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2016 batch (Select List 2019) and above Shri PRATHAP M., senior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch of Tamil Nadu cadre. 2.2. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 2 to 5 of the select list of 2020 shall be placed below Dr. SUKHAPUTRA N. O., junior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch and above Shri MADHUBALAN L, senior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch of Tamil Nadu cadre. 3. The orders may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
